Introduction to Fried Pork with Chili

Fried pork with chili is a home-cooked dish with chili and meat as the main ingredients. Although this dish does not look good, it is a classic dish that is widely loved by people to go with rice.

Chili peppers are fresh vegetables available all year round. When paired with good lean meat, the dishes made are salty, fresh, and spicy. They not only increase people's appetite but also speed up blood circulation in the body. However, this dish tastes irritating, so people with poor stomach or skin should try to eat less.

Steps for making fried pork with pepper

1. Soak the dried white chilies in boiling water for a few minutes, then wash them twice with cold water. (About 20 chilies are enough)

2. Chop and serve.

3. Wash and cut the meat into slices, about 150 grams. (It is best to have some fat and some lean meat, so that the fried dish will be easy to produce oil and fragrant)

4. After the ingredients are prepared, the preparation begins. First, put the cut fat into the pot and fry it for a while.

5. When the fat is almost dried, add the lean meat and garlic. Stir briefly and add a small amount of salt.

(If the refined oil is not enough, you can add some vegetable oil; garlic helps to increase the flavor of the dish, especially purple garlic)

6. When the meat turns from red to white and is half cooked, add the chopped white pepper and stir-fry together. (Remember to stir-fry over high heat)

7. Then add appropriate amount of salt and chili oil. When it is almost time to serve, add a little chicken essence, mix well and serve.

Kind tips

1. Stir-fry the pork quickly to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

2. The peppers should be stir-fried until the skin is slightly charred, so that they will taste fragrant.
