Friends who like to eat wine-flavored jujubes can focus on it.

Method for making wine dates

1. The method of making wine dates with dried dates is very simple. Usually, you just need to wash the dried dates at home with clean water, and then blanch them in boiling water. When blanching, you must remember not to cook the dried dates. After cooking, take them out and remove the water.

2. Add 1/2 clean water to 60-proof liquor, then put the processed dates in, seal and soak for a week. You will then find that the originally shriveled red dates have absorbed the liquor, become round and bulging, and exude a rich aroma of wine. The taste and appearance are exactly the same as the wine dates made from fresh dates.

Other ways to make wine dates

1. When making wine dates at home, you need to prepare fresh, ripe, insect-free and undamaged dates. You can wash them with clean water, remove the water on the surface and set aside.

2. Put the white wine at home in a basin, dip the dates in the white wine after draining the water, then take them out and put them in the jar. After it is full, cover the mouth of the jar with a layer of kraft paper, then tie it up, cover it with a layer of plastic cloth, and then tie it with a rope. Do not let it breathe, and store it in a cool place for about fifteen days, and the wine dates inside will be ready.

3. The wine-boiled dates can be stored for about three months after they are made, but they must be eaten as soon as possible after opening, otherwise the alcohol in the wine-boiled dates will evaporate and cause the wine-boiled dates to rot and deteriorate. In addition, you should not eat too many wine-boiled dates at one time, otherwise the body will absorb too much alcohol, which is harmful to the body and may cause symptoms of drunkenness.
