Hypertension, retinal hemorrhage: Eat 2 raw fresh tomatoes on an empty stomach every morning. Half a month is a course of treatment.

Tips

1. In the hot summer, tomatoes are a better sun protection tool than sunscreen. Because tomatoes are rich in the antioxidant lycopene, consuming 15 mg of lycopene per day can reduce the risk of sunburn by 40%.

2. It is not advisable to eat a large amount of tomatoes on an empty stomach. When the stomach is empty, the secretion of gastric acid increases, causing stomach discomfort and bloating and pain.

3. If the bottom of the tomato is not round but very pointed, it is usually caused by excessive use of hormones. Do not buy it.

4. How to remove tomato skin: Pour boiling water on tomatoes, or blanch tomatoes in boiling water, and the tomato skin can be easily peeled off. Use a spoon to scrape the tomatoes from the tip to the bottom, so that the outer skin and the inner flesh stick more closely. At this time, it is easy to peel the tomato skin with your hands.
