When pickling green peppers, you need to prepare 2,500 grams of green peppers, 150 grams of garlic cloves, 150 grams of ginger, 500 grams of braised soy sauce, 150 grams of salt, 150 grams of sugar, 100 grams of high-proof liquor, and 100 grams each of salad oil and MSG.

How to pickle green chilies

1. Wash the prepared green peppers, cut them into slices, and put them in the sun to dry. After the moisture is removed, put them aside for later use. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. Wash the ginger and cut it into shreds.

2. Pour the soy sauce into the pot, add sugar, salt, MSG, white wine, salad oil and other seasonings and bring to a boil. After the sugar and salt are completely dissolved, turn off the heat and cool down.

3. Put the dried green pepper slices into the jar, add garlic slices and ginger shreds, then pour the cooked marinade into the jar, seal the jar after mixing well, and place it in a cool environment to marinate.
