1. When pickling cucumbers, you need to prepare 2 kilograms of cucumbers, 500 grams of chili peppers, 700 grams of table salt, three to four heads of garlic, 1,500 grams of vinegar, an appropriate amount of MSG, and 50 grams each of sugar and pepper.

2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into strips, add salt and marinate for one day. Put a heavy object on it during marination to try to extract the moisture from the cucumber. After marinating, cut the pepper into shreds, slice the ginger, add vinegar, salt, sugar and MSG to the pot, mix well and bring to a boil.

3. Put the chopped garlic and ginger into the cucumber, pour in the cooked juice, mix well and seal it for marination. It will be tasty after three days. The pickled cucumber will be sour and delicious, especially delicious.
