Method 1 for pickling lettuce

1. When pickling lettuce, you need to prepare two fresh lettuces and appropriate amounts of salt, soy sauce and peanut oil.

2. Remove the skin of the prepared fresh lettuce, cut it into slices, place it on a plate, add the prepared salt and mix well, then marinate for 3 to 4 hours. After marinating, remove the water and squeeze out the water from the lettuce slices with your hands.

3. Place the pickled lettuce slices in the sun until they wilt, then put them in a bowl, add soy sauce and peanut oil, mix well, and marinate for a while until they are tasty.

Method 2 for pickling lettuce

1. Lettuce Yancheng pickles are also very delicious. When pickling, you need to prepare 500 grams of fresh lettuce, 200 grams of soy sauce, an appropriate amount of table salt and an appropriate amount of sugar.

2. Peel and wash the prepared fresh lettuce, cut it into slices, add salt and marinate it for a day. Then boil water in a pot to cool it down, use boiling water to rinse out the salt in the lettuce, and then dry it.

3. Add the prepared soy sauce and sugar to the processed lettuce slices and mix well. Then put them into a clean glass bottle, seal it and store it in the refrigerator. After 2 to 3 days, the lettuce will be pickled. After taking it out, it will have a rich sauce flavor and will be especially delicious.
