How to make Chayote fried quail floss

Ingredients for Stir-fried Chayote and Quail

Main ingredients: 1 pound (about 600 grams) of chayote, 4 quails, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.

Ingredients: Seasoning: 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, sugar, and light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 cup of broth, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.

How to make Chayote Stir-fried Quail Pineapple:

1. Peel and cut the chayote into pieces, boil for about two minutes and drain.

2. Peel the skin and bones of the quail and chop the meat.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the minced garlic, add the minced quail meat and stir-fry until cooked. Add the chayote and stir-fry until well-mixed. Add the starch sauce and boil until thickened. Taste and serve.
