Ingredients needed:

Wild rice stem, soy sauce, MSG, vegetable oil, salt, sesame oil, sugar, water

Method steps:

1. Take an appropriate amount of wild rice stem, peel and clean it, then cut it into strips 4.5cm long and 0.5cm wide.

2. Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat until it is 60% hot.

3. Put the chopped wild rice stem into the oil pan and fry slowly for about 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

4. Continue to heat the wok, put wild rice stem, MSG, soy sauce and other condiments into the wok and cook together for two minutes.
