1. Cold wild rice stem

1. Peel the wild rice stem, wash it with clean water, and cut it into shreds.

2. Blanch the wild rice stem in boiling water, then remove and drain.

3. Cut a green onion into inch-long strips. Cut ginger into strips as well.

4. Take a clean bowl, put the shredded green onion and ginger into the bowl, and add appropriate amount of pepper and sesame oil.

5. Put wild rice stem into the bowl with green onion and ginger, and add appropriate amount of salt and MSG according to personal taste.

2. Braised wild rice stem

Ingredients needed:

Wild rice stem, soy sauce, MSG, vegetable oil, salt, sesame oil, sugar, water

Method steps:

1. Take an appropriate amount of wild rice stem, peel and clean it, then cut it into strips 4.5cm long and 0.5cm wide.

2. Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat until it is 60% hot.

3. Put the chopped wild rice stem into the oil pan and fry slowly for about 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

4. Continue to heat the wok, put wild rice stem, MSG, soy sauce and other condiments into the wok and cook together for two minutes.

5. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve.
