Jinsha corn production method and nutritional analysis

Today I will introduce to you the nutritional benefits and functions of golden sand corn:

Jinsha corn food ingredients

Ingredients

300g corn kernels, 3 salted egg yolks

Excipients

About 100 grams of starch, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of cooking wine, oil

How to make golden sand corn

1. Add cooking wine to the salted egg yolks and steam for 10 minutes until cooked.

2. Use a spoon to crush the steamed salted egg yolks into fine powder.

3. Pour starch on the corn kernels and mix well.

4. Let each corn kernel be evenly coated with starch and sift out the excess starch.

5. Put oil in the pot (enough to cover the corn kernels), heat it to 70% hot (slightly smoking), put the corn kernels in and fry until golden brown, then remove from the pot and drain the oil.

6. Heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil in the pan, pour in the salted egg yolk powder and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in the fried corn and stir well. I think the taste of salted egg yolk is enough and no further seasoning is needed.

Nutritional analysis of Jinsha corn

1. Corn contains a lot of nutritional and health-care substances. In addition to carbohydrates, protein, fat, and carotene, corn also contains riboflavin and other nutrients. These substances are very beneficial for preventing diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Experts compared various indicators of nutritional value and health-care effects of various staple foods such as corn and rice. The results showed that the vitamin content in corn is very high, 5-10 times that of rice and flour. The study also showed that the nutritional value of special corn is higher than that of ordinary corn. For example, the protein, vegetable oil and vitamin content of sweet corn is 1-2 times higher than that of ordinary corn, and the content of "life element" selenium is 8-10 times higher.

2. Corn contains 7 kinds of "anti-aging agents". Among the more than 50 most effective nutritional health substances confirmed today, corn contains 7 kinds of calcium, glutathione, cellulose, magnesium, selenium, vitamin E and fatty acids. Corn is rich in calcium. According to measurements, every 100 grams of corn can provide nearly 300 mg of calcium, which is almost the same as the calcium contained in dairy products. Rich calcium can help lower blood pressure.

3. Corn is also rich in fat. Corn fat contains more than 50% of nutrients such as linoleic acid, lecithin and vitamin E, which have the effects of lowering cholesterol, preventing hypertension, coronary heart disease, cell aging and brain function degeneration, and have anti-vascular sclerosis effects. Coarsely ground cornmeal contains a large amount of leucine and glutathione, which can inhibit the side effects of anti-cancer drugs on the human body and inhibit tumor growth.

4. The carotene contained in corn can be converted into vitamin A after being absorbed by the human body, which has an anti-cancer effect. Cellulose can accelerate the discharge of carcinogens and other poisons. Natural vitamin E can promote cell division, delay aging, lower serum cholesterol, prevent skin lesions, and reduce arteriosclerosis and brain function decline. Researchers pointed out that the progesterone contained in corn can resist eye aging.

5. Corn is rich in vitamin C, which has the effect of longevity and beauty. The nutrients contained in corn germ tip can enhance human metabolism and adjust the function of the nervous system. It can make the skin tender and smooth, inhibit and delay the formation of wrinkles. Corn has the effect of regulating appetite and lowering blood fat and serum cholesterol. The fact that Indians in Central America are not prone to high blood pressure is related to the fact that they mainly eat corn.

Precautions

1. Put the corn kernels into the pan and fry them. Don't move them at the beginning. Wait for a while and the starch on the outside is formed. Then you can turn them over with a spatula. But don't turn them over too frequently, otherwise the starch shell will be separated from the corn kernels.

2. After the corn kernels are fried, there will be a lot of oil on the surface. It is best to use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Kitchen paper towels are sold in large supermarkets.

3. The salted duck egg yolks I use are peeled from cooked salted duck eggs. If you use raw salted duck egg yolks, you need to add a little rice wine and steam them in a pot before use.

4. When frying the salted duck egg yolks, the fire should be low. If the fire is too high, it will easily burn. When bubbles start to appear, you can add the corn kernels and stir-fry.

5. Salted duck egg yolks are salty in nature, so this dish does not require any seasoning.

6. This dish should be eaten while hot. It is not delicious when it is cold.
