How to make fried chicken and mushrooms with pork slices

1. Soak the chicken mushrooms in warm water until soft (do not soak for too long).

2. Cut the tenderloin or rump meat into thicker strips, add light soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger powder and marinate for more than ten minutes.

3. Slice the green pepper and garlic and set aside.
