3. Put the chopped white radish on a larger bamboo plate and put it in the sun to dry. The moisture in the white radish shreds can be dried in an afternoon. During the drying process, it is best to turn it over several times so that the dried radish will be more evenly distributed.

4. Put the dried white radish into a bowl, then add sesame oil and salt, Lao Gan Ma chili and some vinegar according to your taste, mix well and you can eat it directly. The dried radish pickles made in this way are more flavorful and more tempting to eat.
