1. Remove impurities from the prepared mung beans, wash them with clean water, and then soak them in clean water for half an hour to an hour.

2. Wash the rice in advance and soak it in clean water for about half an hour. Also wash the millet with clean water and set aside.

3. Put the soaked mung beans in the pot, then add water, turn on the fire and cook. After the pot boils, put the soaked rice and millet into the pot.
