On the National Day, I went to Jurong with my friends to look for food on the street. My friend said that Tianxiadiyi Congee was good, and the portions of many kinds of congee and dishes were very generous. I have always liked congee, so I went there happily. Before I was overwhelmed by the choices, I ordered honey and grape congee. The two of us were really full, but when I was drinking the last bowl, I felt something hard in my mouth, so I spit it out quickly. I didn’t expect it to be a glass about one centimeter long!! The congee in my mouth was all bloody when I spit it out. I really don’t know if there is glass in my stomach. I was really scared. Then only one waiter came to solve the problem. He said that the manager and the boss were not there, and repeatedly said that the glass was in the rice. I think that the rice was not picked by us. In short, I was not happy with the meal. Ingredients for the best porridge in the world

20g cooking oil 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp cooking wine pepper powder 0.25 tsp salt 0.25 tsp MSG 150g rice 50g oysters 25g lean pork some fresh shrimps some olives 1 shallot

How to make the best porridge in the world

1. Wash the rice, mix it with a small amount of oil, put it into the porridge pot, add water, boil it on high heat, immediately turn to low heat, and cook for about 45 minutes until cooked; wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions; wash the lean pork and chop it into minced meat;

2. Wash the oysters and drain them; add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, MSG and pepper to the pork filling, mix well, put into a frying pan, stir-fry until it changes color, pour into the porridge pot together with the oysters, then add fresh shrimp and olives, stir well, cook for 10 minutes, turn to medium heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
