How to make light porridge

1. Wash the rice, add oil and salt (1/2 teaspoon, 3g), mix well, and marinate for half an hour.

2. Pour the marinated rice into a large casserole, add bone broth, boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then add shredded ginger and simmer over low heat for 60 minutes.
