Today I learned how to make rose porridge for beauty and whitening. I will share it with you below:

Rose porridge ingredients:

Main ingredients: Japonica rice (100g)

Accessories: Rose (20g) Cherry (10g)

Seasoning: White sugar (30g)

Rose porridge method:

1. Pick the roses that have not fully opened, gently remove the petals, and rinse them with cold water.

2. Wash the japonica rice, soak it in cold water for half an hour, take it out and drain.

3. Add about 1000 ml of cold water into the pot, put the japonica rice in and boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat until it becomes porridge.

4. Add rose petals, cherries and sugar into the porridge and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.

Regular consumption of cherries can promote hemoglobin regeneration, prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia, strengthen the body, and improve brain function. Cherry is rich in nutrients and has the effects of regulating the middle qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and removing rheumatism. Regular consumption of cherries can whiten the skin and also have a bodybuilding effect on hair. Cherries contain a lot of iron and a certain amount of cyanogenic glycosides. If consumed too much, it can cause iron poisoning or hydroxide poisoning. For mild discomfort, sugarcane juice can be used to clear away heat and detoxify. Cherries are warm in nature, so people with febrile diseases and coughs due to deficiency of heat should avoid eating them.

Japonica rice: Japonica rice should not be eaten with horse meat or honey; it should not be eaten with Xanthium sibiricum, otherwise it will cause heartache.

Cherries: Cherries should not be eaten at the same time as raw onions.
