2. How to make pickled cucumbers: 1) Wash the cucumbers first, then cut them into sections and then into quarters. Apply salt on the cucumber strips. Marinate for half an hour and a lot of water will come out. Because cucumber is a vegetable with a lot of water, pour out the water.

2) After pouring out the water, we wash the cucumbers with clean water, at least twice, then put them in a ceramic container, press them with heavy objects, and cover them.

3) Open the lid again the next day. There will be fewer cucumbers. Put two cups of light soy sauce, one cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of white wine, and an appropriate amount of ginger slices into the pot. Heat it over low heat. Turn off the heat after it boils.

4) Cut two cloves of garlic into thin slices, put them into a container, add an appropriate amount of green onion slices, pour in the juice, cover with a lid, and place in a cool place to marinate. You can eat it after a few days.
