Ingredients for fig and lean meat porridge

400g rice, 200g lean meat, 14 figs, 8 pieces of pork, some salt, some oil, some soy sauce

How to make fig and lean meat porridge

1. Wash and break apart the figs for later use;

2. Wash the lean meat and cut it into thin slices. Add sesame oil, salt, soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes;

3. Rinse the rice. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour in the rice, figs and pork and cook until the rice is cooked through.

4. Pour in the lean meat, cook it, add salt to taste, sprinkle with sesame oil, remove from heat and serve. Tips: Wash the lean meat and marinate it with oil, salt, soy sauce and starch. The meat will be smoother and more tender after cooking.
