Main ingredients: lamb bones, Northeast long fragrant rice

1. Add a few slices of ginger, boil a pot of water, and put the sheep bones in to blanch the blood.

2. Add pepper, salt, oil and cooking wine, mix well with the lamb bones and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

3. Wash the rice clean.

4. Boil a pot of water in a casserole and add a little shredded ginger.

5. Stir-fry the marinated lamb bones with oil, then add the washed rice and stir-fry together.

6. Move the rice and lamb bones into a casserole with boiling water. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for another hour.

7. Add soy sauce, salt, essence and other seasonings and it is ready to eat.
