Introduction to Soothing Liver Congee

1. Chaihu pork ribs tomato soup

Ingredients: 10g bupleurum, 1 tomato, 250g spare ribs, 500g tofu, seasoning. Method: Add spare ribs scooped in hot water, diced tomatoes and tofu, cleaned bupleurum and 6 bowls of water to a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for about 40 minutes over low heat, and season.

Efficacy: Soothe liver and relieve depression, eliminate fatigue.

2. Eel and Yam Porridge

Ingredients: 1 live eel, 50g yam and glutinous rice, and various seasonings. Method: Cut open the eel, remove the internal organs, slice it and put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, ginger, onion, and salt, mix well, and cook porridge with yam and glutinous rice. Effect: replenish qi and blood, strengthen tendons and bones, and eliminate fatigue.

3. Jujube kernel and lotus seed

Ingredients: 10 grams of sour jujube kernel, 20 grams of lotus seeds, 20 grams of wolfberry, 100 grams of polished rice and rice in total.

Method: Wash and add water to cook porridge, you can add sugar as needed. Effect: calm the nerves and nourish the brain.

4. Ginseng glutinous rice porridge

Ingredients: 10g ginseng, 50g yam and glutinous rice, some brown sugar. Method: First cut the ginseng into thin slices, cook porridge with glutinous rice and yam, add brown sugar when the porridge is cooked, and eat it while it is warm. Effect: replenish vitality, strengthen the heart and resist fatigue.

5. Astragalus Chicken

Ingredients: 30g Astragalus, 15g Tangerine Peel, 12g Cinnamon, 1 Rooster, and appropriate seasoning. Method: Wrap the Chinese medicine with gauze, put it in the pot with the rooster, simmer over low heat, season with salt, eat the meat and drink the soup. Efficacy: Relieve physical fatigue and improve immunity.

6. Goat brain with wolfberry.

Ingredients: 1 sheep brain, 30g wolfberry. Method: Wash the sheep brain and put it in a bowl with wolfberry, add appropriate amount of chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine and salt, and steam it in a pot. It is similar to "tofu brain". Effect: Nourish the brain and treat physical fatigue.
