How to make Wupi porridge

The method of making Wupi Congee is actually not as difficult as everyone imagines. It can be summarized in just a few words.

Wupi Congee

Pregnancy edema refers to a disease in which women's face and lower limbs swell in the middle and late stages of pregnancy. Chinese medicine calls it "zi edema" or "zi mania". It is caused by dysfunction of the lungs, spleen, and kidneys, bladder gasification dysfunction, triple energizer obstruction, and fluid retention in the body.

Ingredients: 15 grams each of white poria peel, tangerine peel, and wax gourd peel, 10 grams each of tangerine peel and ginger peel, and 100 grams of polished rice.

How to make Wupi porridge

1. Boil the above five herbs in water, take the juice and remove the residue.

2 Add the washed glutinous rice and cook into porridge.

Usage: Take twice a day, warm.

Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and replenishes Qi, promotes diuresis and reduces swelling. Suitable for pregnancy edema, senile edema, obesity, urinary incontinence, diarrhea and other symptoms.

Note: Do not take when suffering from external infection and fever.
