How to make salmon porridge

1. Wash the salmon, peel it, dice it, and marinate it with a little salt and black pepper.

2. Bring to a boil, add a cup of rice (more or less), and cook for about 20 minutes. It's done when it looks almost cooked. Add diced mushrooms in the middle. I used two small mushrooms, which need to be soaked. Cut a piece of bacon or small strips and add it to the rice pot.
