1. To make authentic sour plum soup, you need to prepare 30 grams of black plums, 30 grams of black dates, 40 grams of dried hawthorn, 3 grams of licorice, 5 grams of tangerine peel, and 6 to 7 grams of dried osmanthus.

2. Wash all the prepared black plums, black dates, dried hawthorns and other materials, add about 600 grams of water, and soak for half an hour. Take out the soaked materials, put them in a stainless steel pot, add water, heat and boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for half an hour.
