1. Steamed eggs

There are many different ways to eat jackfruit petals. You can usually steam them with eggs and then eat them. Mix the milk and eggs together, then cut the jackfruit petals into small cubes, put them in the egg liquid and mix them evenly, then put them directly into the pot and steam them. After the water boils, steam them for another five minutes and they will be done. You can eat them directly after taking them out.

2. Make a milkshake

Jackfruit petals are especially delicious when used to make milkshakes. Usually, you can remove the green outer skin of the jackfruit, take out the yellow petals inside, and then take out the seeds in the middle. Put the obtained pulp and 200 grams of yogurt in a blender and mix them evenly. Add your favorite nut crumbs, take them out and put them in a cup. This homemade pineapple milkshake is most suitable for consumption in summer, and it tastes best when it is refrigerated for a few hours before consumption.

3. Fried rice

Jackfruit petals can also be used to fry rice. Usually, you can cut the jackfruit flowers into small dices, prepare the rice, and then prepare luncheon meat and dice it, green beans and eggs, as well as soy sauce and cooking oil. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the eggs into cubes, then put them in the pan again, add the chopped green onions and green beans, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the rice and stir-fry evenly, then add the diced luncheon meat and jackfruit, and continue to stir-fry. Add the fried eggs and stir well before serving.
