120g unsalted butter 100g egg liquid 60g powdered sugar 120g gluten flour 60ml milk 50g almond slices 100g fig jam

Step by step tutorial

1. Sift the low-gluten flour; bake the almond slices at 150°C for about 10 minutes, take them out and crush them; cover the baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

2. Soften the unsalted butter and mix it with powdered sugar. Add the egg liquid in 3 times and mix well. Then add the milk and mix well to form the biscuit batter.

3. Use a small spoon to scoop the batter onto a baking tray lined with paper, sprinkle with almond crumbs, and bake in the oven. When cooked, take out and place on a cooling rack to cool.

4. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of fig jam between the two cookies.

1-2 figs, decoct in water or eat raw on an empty stomach, twice a day, double the dosage as appropriate. Also apply the white latex of the petiole to the affected area, which has the effect of reducing swelling and relieving pain. Boil fig leaves in soup and use it for sitz bath.
