250g pumpkin, 200ml milk, 50g glutinous rice flour for pumpkin dumplings porridge

1. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and remove the pulp. Steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes and take out the pumpkin flesh with a spoon.

2. While the pumpkin is steaming, add a little sugar and some warm water to the glutinous rice flour, knead it into dough, and then knead it into small balls;

3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, pour in the kneaded dumplings, cook until all the dumplings float up and become soft and glutinous, then remove and set aside;
