The main ingredients of glutinous rice chicken are rice and glutinous rice, and the ingredients include lotus leaf mushrooms and dried shrimps, chicken, radish, corn and green beans. The seasonings are chicken powder, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, sugar and vegetable oil.

2. How to make glutinous rice chicken

Step 1: Soak the lotus leaves and glutinous rice for more than two hours. Wash the rice and mix it with the glutinous rice. Drain the lotus leaves and set aside.

Step 2: Put glutinous rice and rice into the rice cooker and steam them.

Step 3: Soak the mushrooms, remove the stems, squeeze out the water and cut into dices. Soak the dried shrimps and cut into dices. Cut the chicken into dices and marinate them with sugar, soy sauce and pepper.

Step 4: Heat the oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and stir-fry until the diced chicken changes color. Add the diced mushrooms, diced radish, corn kernels, green beans and diced shrimps, and start stir-frying. Add salt, chicken powder, sugar, pepper, and oyster sauce and start seasoning. Stir-fry the ingredients and seasonings repeatedly until they are evenly mixed. Add a small amount of water and cook for a while, then add sesame oil, and the filling is done.

Step 5: Place the glutinous rice on the lotus leaf and flatten it, then use the same method to add the fillings and glutinous rice, wrap the lotus leaf into the shape you want, and steam it for another 15 minutes.
