How to Eat Mangosteen

1. One of the ways to eat mangosteen

Peel the mangosteen and eat it raw. In Western countries, there is a special way to eat mangosteen with cantaloupe juice, which can clear your brain. So if you are tired of the taste of coffee, you might as well try the latest fruit "coffee".

2. Mangosteen with seafood

The second way to eat mangosteen is to add seafood - shrimp, add garlic, and steam the three together. This is a new dish. This dish is called steamed mangosteen with garlic and shrimp. This dish has the effect of moistening the throat and cooling it down.

Ingredients: 250 grams of mangosteen, 250 grams of fresh shrimp, a little minced garlic.

Method: Soak mangosteen until soft and place it on the bottom. Mix the shrimp with minced garlic and place on top. Steam all ingredients together for 5 minutes.

Taboos on eating mangosteen

1. Because the flesh of the fruit is cool, people with cold constitution should not eat too much, otherwise it will cause side effects such as diarrhea and stomach discomfort.

2. Diabetic patients or obese people should not eat too much. Because mangosteen contains a lot of sugar, patients with polysaccharides should not eat too much.
