Material

1 cantaloupe (about 750g), 500g shrimp, 250g squid slices, 300g celery, 50g red pepper slices. Seasoning: 5g salt, 3g MSG, 5g chicken powder, 750g salad oil, 5g starch, 10g cooking oil.

How to make Hami melon seafood boat

1. Wash the Hami melon, cut it in half with a knife, trim the edges of the cut into a wavy pattern, then scoop out the melon flesh and shape it into small diamonds, keeping the skin.

2. Put the pot on the fire, heat the salad oil to 50% hot, add the shrimp, celery and squid slices and stir-fry on low heat for 0.5 minutes until cooked through.

3. Put the pan on the fire, add 10 grams of salad oil and heat it to 70% hot, add shrimp, celery, squid slices, and red pepper slices and stir-fry for 1 minute until cooked through, add the cantaloupe flesh, stir-fry evenly, add salt, MSG, and chicken powder to season, thicken with starch, drizzle with cooking oil, remove from the pan and put into the cantaloupe.

Bananas are also rich in potassium. According to tests, every 100 grams of bananas contains 283 to 472 mg of potassium. Therefore, patients with renal failure should not eat bananas when they have oliguria.

Acute renal failure can be divided into three stages according to its course of disease: oliguria, polyuria and recovery. Dietary treatment should adjust different nutrients according to the different clinical manifestations of each stage.
