Glutinous rice flour, cantaloupe, condensed milk, red bean paste, a little coconut shreds

How to make Hami melon and red bean glutinous rice dumplings

1. Squeeze cantaloupe juice and set aside.

2. Add condensed milk to the glutinous rice flour, then pour in cantaloupe juice little by little and knead into dough.

3. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, wrap it with red bean paste, and roll it into a ball.

4. After wrapping everything, put them in the pot and cook until done, then remove from the pot and drain.

5. Roll in coconut shreds while still hot and coat evenly with coconut shreds. Let cool at room temperature and refrigerate for more than 1 hour. 1. The protein and phospholipids contained in mung beans have the function of stimulating nerves and increasing appetite, which is necessary for increasing nutrition for many important organs of the body;
