How to make dragon fruit yogurt sago

1. Raw materials.

2. After the water boils, add the tapioca pearls.

3. Cook over low heat until there are still a few white spots, then turn off the heat. Simmer until the tapioca pearls become completely transparent.

4. Take out the tapioca pearls and rinse them with cold water.

5. While cooking the tapioca pearls, we can process the dragon fruit. Cut the dragon fruit into even-sized particles as shown in the picture.
