The efficacy and function of soybean water How to make soybean water

Soybeans are very common in our daily life. In addition to being used to make tofu, soy milk and other soy products, they can also be boiled in water and drunk directly. Moreover, adding different ingredients to the soybean water will have different effects. Below I will write down the methods of making soybean water and its different effects. If you are interested in it, you can focus on it.

1. Boil soybeans and pork liver in water

When boiling soybeans, you can add an appropriate amount of pork liver. You can take 100 grams of soybeans and 80 grams of pork liver. Wash the pork liver with clean water in advance and cut it into slices. Soak the soybeans in clean water for 3 to 5 hours in advance, then take them out and put them in the pot with clean water and cook them until they are 80% cooked. Then put the sliced pork liver in the pot and cook them together for a while. Finally, add seasonings to taste, take them out after adjusting the original taste, and drink the soup and eat the pork liver and soybeans directly. The soybean water boiled in this way can nourish the spleen and blood, and can relieve the yellowish complexion.

2. Boil soybeans and mung beans

When boiling soybean water, you can also mix soybeans and mung beans together. You need to prepare 30 grams of soybeans, 60 grams of mung beans, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Wash all the prepared soybeans and mung beans with clean water, put them in a pot, add clean water, and cook until the beans are soft and glutinous, then add an appropriate amount of brown sugar for seasoning. After the brown sugar is completely dissolved, turn off the heat, take out and drink it directly. It can clear away heat, cool blood and reduce swelling. It can be used as an auxiliary treatment for common diseases such as mumps and urticaria in children, and the effect is very obvious.

3. Boil soybeans separately

Normally, soybeans can be boiled in water alone. Before the preparation, the prepared soybeans need to be soaked in clean water for several hours. After the soybeans absorb water and swell, pour the water and soybeans directly into the pot, then turn on the fire, boil until the pot boils, and then boil for about 15 minutes. The soybeans are cooked. After the cooked soybeans are taken out, they can be eaten directly with seasonings, and the soybean water obtained by boiling soybeans can be used for foot soaking, which can effectively remove foot odor and prevent skin diseases such as athlete's foot and tinea pedis.
