Shachima is a kind of national dessert. Now it is widely produced and well-known. How to make Shachima

1. Preparation of ingredients for Shachima

Prepare 200 grams of flour, 3 eggs, 5 grams of baking powder, 160 grams of white sugar, 100 grams of maltose, 50 ml of water, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a little black sesame seeds, and a little wolfberry.

2. How to make Shaqima

Step 1: Mix eggs with flour, then beat thoroughly with a whisk. Pour into a large bowl and knead repeatedly to form dough.

Step 2: Cover the dough in the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for a while.

Step 3: Roll the dough into a thin sheet after it has rested, sprinkle dry flour on the surface, fold the sheet in half and cut into strips.

Step 4: Sprinkle some dry powder on each dough strip, then put them into the pan and start frying.

Step 5: After each noodle turns golden brown, remove from the pan and drain the oil.

Step 6: Take a square container and spread wolfberries and sesame seeds on the bottom of the container.

Step 7: Add water to the pot, put in white sugar and maltose, and simmer over low heat until it can be drawn into threads.

Step 8: Put the fried dough strips into the syrup, stir well, then pour all into a container and flatten it.

Step 9: Cut into pieces after cooling.
