How to make delicious sweet potato vines and how to eat sweet potato vines

How to make delicious sweet potato vines

1. Garlic Sweet Potato Vine

Step 1: Prepare sweet potato vines, chili peppers, garlic, peanut oil and seasonings

Step 2: Tie the sweet potato vines and soak them in salt water for about ten minutes

Step 3: After washing the rest of the ingredients, chop the garlic and chili into small pieces, remove the sweet potato vines and drain them for later use

Step 4: Add oil to the pot and heat it to 70% hot. Turn to low heat and sauté minced garlic.

Step 5: Pour the sweet potato vines into the pot, add salt, sugar and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and turn to high heat.

Step 6: Pour in the chopped chili and stir-fry quickly, then turn off the heat and serve.

2. Sweet potato vine in soup

Step 1: Prepare sweet potato vines, preserved eggs, oil, salt, garlic, broth and ham.

Step 2: Wash the sweet potato vines and drain the water, cut the preserved eggs into pieces, and slice the garlic.

Step 3: Heat the pan with oil to 60%, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 4: Stir-fry the preserved eggs slightly over medium-low heat, then add the broth and ham to the pot.

Step 5: Add the sweet potato vines and stir well.

Step 6: Turn up the heat and bring the soup to a complete boil, then add salt to taste.
