1. Cold Yunlong Vegetable

Yunlongcai can be made into a cold dish for people to eat. When making it, you can prepare 300 grams of fresh Yunlongcai, as well as various seasonings such as salt, MSG, sesame oil, etc., and prepare some in moderation. After washing the Yunlongcai, blanch it in boiling water for three minutes, take it out and cool it in cold water. After cooling, remove the water, cut it into long sections of about two centimeters and put it on a plate. Add the prepared seasonings and mix well before eating.

2. Yunlongcai soup

Making soup is also a common way to cook Yunlongcai. You can prepare Yunlongcai at any time, 150 grams of clear soup, an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and ginger, salt, sesame oil, and MSG. After preparing the ingredients, wash the fresh Yunlongcai, cut it into fine pieces, boil the clear soup in a pot, add salt, MSG, green onion and ginger, cook for 20 minutes, then put the chopped Yunlongcai into the pot, cook together for ten minutes, and finally add sesame oil to season.

3. Spicy Yunlongcai

There are many ways to cook Yunlongcai. It can not only be served cold and made into soup, but also can be stir-fried directly. When stir-frying, you need to prepare 400 grams of Yunlongcai, 20 grams of spicy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, MSG and chopped green onion, and 30 grams of cooking oil. Wash the Yunlongcai and drain the water. Cut it into the shape of your favorite segments. Put oil in a wok and heat it. Put the chopped green onion and spicy sauce into the wok. Quickly stir-fry to produce red oil. Then put the processed Yunlongcai into the wok and stir-fry quickly over high heat. After it becomes soft, add salt and MSG to season it. After stir-frying evenly, it can be served directly on a plate.
