1. Garlic Sweet Potato Vine

Step 1: Prepare sweet potato vines, chili peppers, garlic, peanut oil and seasonings

Step 1: Prepare sweet potato vines, preserved eggs, oil, salt, garlic, broth and ham.

Step 2: Wash the sweet potato vines and drain the water, cut the preserved eggs into pieces, and slice the garlic.

Step 3: Heat the pan with oil to 60%, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 4: Stir-fry the preserved eggs slightly over medium-low heat, then add the broth and ham to the pot.

Step 5: Add the sweet potato vines and stir well.

Step 6: Turn up the heat and bring the soup to a complete boil, then add salt to taste.
