Method 1

1. Slice the eel. The eel is a bit sticky, so you can scrub it with coarse salt.

3. Be sure to stir the porridge constantly while cooking.

4. After cooking, add a little salt, sesame oil, chopped green onion, coriander and pepper.

1. Prepare the ingredients: 2 cups of rice, 1 eel bone, 10 scallops, 1 celery root, 5 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt
