2. When eating steak, when holding the fork in your left hand, you should straighten your index finger and press the back of the fork. Holding the knife in your right hand is the same as holding the fork in your left hand, but when holding the knife in your right hand, you should also use your thumb and index finger to tightly clamp the joint of the handle and the blade. Only in this way can you use the knife and fork flexibly when eating steak.

When using a knife and fork to eat steak, you should put the knife and fork between your thumb and middle finger, and use your index finger to apply force, so that it won't be too strenuous to cut the steak, and it won't make a harsh sound.
