Moreover, this kind of carrot juice will not harm the spleen and stomach when given to children.

To make carrot juice more nutritious, you can also add an egg. The specific method is to squeeze out the juice from 150 grams of carrots, put a small amount of water in the pot, heat it to boil, then put the egg into the pot and beat it into egg flowers, then add the squeezed carrot juice, boil it again, add honey and sesame oil to season, turn off the heat and cool it down before eating.

Different ingredients can be added when making carrot juice. Carrot juice and orange are an ideal match. When making it, you can cut two carrots and an orange into pieces, then put them in a food processor, squeeze out the juice, filter it and pour the juice into a cup, add a few mint leaves, and drink it directly.
