When making fried straw mushrooms with tofu, you need 200 grams of straw mushrooms, 100 grams of tofu, 15 grams of oyster sauce, appropriate amounts of green and red peppers, and also some ginger, salt, cooking oil, and water.

Steps to cook fried tofu with mushrooms

1. Wash the prepared straw mushrooms with clean water, then cut them into slices. Cut the tofu into slices and set aside. Wash all the green and red peppers, cut them into small cubes and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, then add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the oil and set aside.

3. Heat the oil in a pan again, add the straw mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the tofu cubes and stir-fry. Then add oyster sauce and an appropriate amount of water. After stir-frying evenly, turn down the heat and cook for five minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the flavor.

4. Finally, put the prepared red pepper and green pepper cubes into the pot, add appropriate amount of table salt, stir well and serve.
