Specific steps to quickly grow bean teeth at home

1. Put the prepared mung beans in a small basin and pour in boiling water at about 80 degrees. Stir back and forth while pouring. After the temperature drops, soak it overnight.

2. Put the soaked mung beans in the prepared plastic basket and cover it with the prepared oil-free scouring pad. If there is no scouring pad, you can directly use an opaque dark towel instead.

3. After covering the scouring pad, use a spray bottle to rinse water on the cloth. After the mung beans are soaked, move it to a dark environment to allow the bean sprouts to start growing.

4. When the mung beans are sprouting, the outside temperature should be around 25 degrees, and water should be flushed into the plastic basket three to four times a day. Most mung beans will grow small sprouts on the second day, and after five or six days, the sprouts will grow to about six or seven centimeters. Take them out, wash the bean skins, and cook and eat them according to your taste.
