1. Fresh garlic can be stored in pottery

Fresh garlic can be stored in a ceramic container. The best way is to remove the roots and the outermost layer of dirty skin with mud from the fresh garlic, and then place it directly in the ceramic container. Do not cover the lid and place the container in a cool and ventilated place. This will keep the garlic fresh to the greatest extent possible while ensuring that it does not deteriorate.

2. Fresh garlic can be stored in the refrigerator

The space in urban residents' homes is relatively small, and the amount of fresh garlic at home is not too much, so when storing it, you can peel all the garlic and cut it into cloves, then put them in a fresh-keeping box, seal it, and then store it in the refrigerator. Take it out when you want to eat it. You will find that the refrigerated garlic tastes just like the freshly harvested fresh garlic.

3. Fresh garlic can be preserved after pickling

When there is no place to store fresh garlic, you can pickle it. This way, it can be preserved for a long time and you can also get pickled garlic that tastes good. There are many ways to pickle fresh garlic. You can pickle it directly with water and salt, you can pickle it with sugar to make candied garlic, or you can add fresh garlic to sweet and sour sauce to make sweet and sour garlic. After pickling, it can be preserved for a year without deterioration, making it convenient for people to eat it whenever they want.
