1. To make lentil braised noodles, you need 300 grams of noodles, 100 grams of lean pork, and 100 grams of lentils. In addition, you can prepare a small amount of onions, as well as seasonings such as oil, salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

2. Cut the lean pork into thin strips, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine and light soy sauce to marinate. Wash the lentils and onions, cut them into thin strips, and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and directly add the shredded meat into the pan and stir-fry. After the meat changes color, add onions and lentils and then add oyster sauce. After two minutes, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add noodles, bring to a boil and stir-fry the noodles. Simmer over medium or low heat until cooked.

Lentil Rape Noodles

1. The main ingredients needed to make lentil and rapeseed noodles are 150 grams of noodles, 100 grams of rapeseed, and 100 grams of lentils. You also need soy sauce, salt, cooking oil and other seasonings of your choice.

2. Wash the lentils and rapeseed, cut them into small pieces and set aside. Heat the pot and put in cooking oil. After heating, put the lentils and rapeseed into the pot and stir-fry. After two minutes, add appropriate amount of water.

3. Bring the water to a boil and add the prepared noodles. Continue heating until the noodles are cooked. Finally, add light soy sauce and a small amount of coriander and it is ready to serve.
