2. The ingredients for making sea cucumber jelly are 2,500 grams of live sea cucumbers, 25 grams of refined salt, and a small amount of various sauces.

3. How to make sea cucumber jelly: 1) First rinse the live sea cucumbers with sea water, then remove the skin, clean the dirt on the surface, then take them out and drain the water, then put them into a large porcelain jar, then rub and squeeze them, then remove some mud and sticky substances inside the sea cucumber intestines, then rinse them with clean water, and rub them again, repeat six times.

2) After cleaning the sea cucumber jelly, cut it into 3.3 cm long pieces. Then take 100 cups with a diameter and height of about 4 cm, clean them and sterilize them.
