How to pickle whole radish

1. Wash the prepared fresh radishes with clean water, then put more water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the washed radishes into the water, and take them out quickly after the radish skin becomes wrinkled.

2. Dry the blanched radish in the sun. Don't dry it too dry. Just make sure the radish is soft. It takes about two or three days to dry it to this degree.

3. Mix the prepared chili powder, pepper powder, fennel powder, salt and other seasonings together, then add an appropriate amount of high-proof liquor, mix these seasonings and set aside.

4. Take out the dried radishes and apply the seasoning evenly on each radish. Put the seasoned radishes in a jar and marinate them. Put a heavy object on them and seal the jar.
