2. When making garlic dandelion, wash it first, then cut it into long sections. Peel the garlic and cut it into minced garlic for later use.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the wild vegetable dandelion and stir-fry over high heat. Then add oyster sauce, minced garlic and salt and stir well. Then you can take it out and serve.

Dandelion Rice Porridge

1. Ingredients: When making dandelion and japonica rice porridge, you need to prepare 150 grams of young shoots of wild dandelion, 100 grams of japonica rice, and appropriate amounts of salt, chopped green onions, and sesame oil.

2. Wash the prepared dandelions and blanch them in boiling water, then take them out and cut them into small pieces for later use. Wash the japonica rice and soak it in clean water for a while.
