Steps for pickling sour beans : 1. First, go to the market to buy fresh beans. When selecting, choose tender beans to ensure a crisp taste.

2. Choose a container for pickling sour beans. It is best to use a clay pot specially used for pickling pickles. If you don't have one, you can also find a larger glass jar, but make sure it is airtight. Then make sure to clean the container, because pickled sour beans will easily rot if they come into contact with oil, so be extra careful when cleaning to avoid any oil contact.

3. Rinse the beans with clean water and place them in the sun for about an hour.

4. Pour the dried beans into a container and marinate them with salt, pepper, garlic and other seasonings for about 2 hours. Then pour in the remaining water from washing rice (which is conducive to fermentation) until the beans are completely submerged.

5. Seal the container and store it in a cool place before opening and eating.
