Tomato Prawn Recipe Steps

I haven't eaten tomato prawns for a long time. Actually, I don't like seafood, except prawns! I remember when I was a child, my mother would always cook tomato prawns during the Chinese New Year, and I would sit next to the prawns and eat them all the time... In fact, I made this dish for myself. Yesterday afternoon, I ate a pound of prawns by myself! I was so full! I even had a bowl of cold noodles before going to bed~~~ I am so satisfied! I have been saying that I want to lose weight! If I keep going like this, I won't be able to wear a wedding dress for my wedding in May~~~~ This method is very simple! I found that the dishes I made are not very difficult~~~~ Well, I can't compare with real chefs! I can only please my family and myself~~ I would be the happiest if other friends like them~~~~

Tomato Prawn Ingredients:

Prawns: 1 catties

Tomato sauce: 4 spoons

Sugar: 2 spoons

Cooking wine: 2 spoons

Salt: a little

Soy sauce: 1 spoon

Tomato Prawn Recipe

1. Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp eyes and shrimp thread

2. Heat oil in a pan (8 layers hot)

3. Pour in tomato sauce (you can add or reduce it according to your taste, there is no fixed amount) and stir fry for a while

4. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color slightly

5. Add water to cover the shrimps slightly, simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes

6. When the shrimps have completely changed color, add a little salt (since the ketchup already contains salt, you can add less salt), and then turn on high heat to reduce the sauce.

Tips

I have made it many times and I still think Heinz ketchup is delicious (the same as the ketchup in KFC). Haha, you have to use sea shrimps. If conditions permit, it is best to buy live shrimps as they will be very fresh.
