Tomato Cauliflower

I don’t know if you have ever eaten cauliflower in tomato sauce. It is very delicious and tastes very good. Today I will tell you how to make it:

Tomato cauliflower recipe:

Ingredients: cauliflower (also called cauliflower in some places), tomato sauce, garlic, salt, sugar, and a little MSG.

Preparation: Blanch the cauliflower until half cooked, then remove and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomato sauce and stir-fry until the color is bright red, add the blanched cauliflower to the pan and stir evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar, because tomato sauce is acidic, adding sugar can adjust the taste. After stir-frying, add MSG and serve!

Recommended methods for tomato cauliflower:

Ingredients: 1 cauliflower (about 400 grams), 2 tomatoes (about 200 grams), 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (about 30 ml), 1 tablespoon each of white sugar and oil (about 15 grams), 1 teaspoon each of salt and chopped green onions (about 5 grams), and appropriate amount of chopped green onions.

Method: Remove the roots of the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces. Wash with clean water; wash and dice the tomatoes. Put an appropriate amount of hot water in a pot, boil it, put the cauliflower in and blanch it for about 2 minutes, remove and drain. Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat, and when it is 60% hot, sauté the chopped green onions, add the tomato sauce and stir-fry, then add a little clean water and boil. Put the cauliflower and tomatoes in the pot, add salt and sugar and stir-fry until the soup thickens, serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Ingredients: half a cucumber, half a cauliflower, a few peanuts, half a spoon of salt, a teaspoon of chicken essence, a teaspoon of sesame oil, a spoon of soy sauce

practice:

1. Wash the cucumber and cut into round slices. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water.

2. Put salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well;

3. Heat a pan, add a teaspoon of oil, fry the raw peanuts until they change color, then serve and let them cool for later use.

4. Mix cucumber and cauliflower with the sauce and sprinkle with cooled peanuts.

Tips:

1. Make sure to stir the sauce evenly to dissolve the salt fully, so as to avoid saltiness when mixing with cucumber and cauliflower;

2. Be sure to control the heat when frying the peanuts. I accidentally burnt them the first time I did it. Haha~~ Be sure to use less oil, the main thing is to just fry them.

3. Peanuts can also be replaced with other dried fruits, such as pine nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, etc.
