Green Beans and Chicken

Main ingredients: 3 taels of chicken tenderloin, some green beans

Preparation: 1. Dice the chicken tenderloin and marinate with salt, MSG and water starch.

2. Boil the green beans in boiling water for two to three minutes.

Method: Heat oil in a pan, add diced chicken and stir-fry, then add green beans, salt, a little water and simmer for a while, add MSG to taste, stir-fry, and drizzle with sesame oil.

Green Beans and Ground Beef

Ingredients: 750 grams of fresh green beans, 125 grams of cooked peanut oil, 200 grams of white sugar.

Method: Shell the green beans and cook until they are soft, then squeeze out the moisture from the bean paste with a dry cloth. Put the wok on high heat and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the bean paste and stir-fry with a spoon (add oil while frying). When the moisture of the bean paste is completely dry, add sugar and continue to fry until the bean paste does not stick to the spoon. Remove from the wok and serve.

Fish-flavored green beans

Ingredients: Main ingredient: 200g green beans

Seasoning: 10g sugar, 10g vinegar, 5g ginger, 5g green onion, 5g garlic (white skin), 8g pickled pepper, 1g salt, 3g MSG, 50g salad oil, 5g starch (pea)

Method: 1. Wash the green beans, put them into a boiling water steamer and cook until they are just cooked; add appropriate amount of starch and water to make wet starch for later use.

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the pickled red pepper and chop it finely; mince the ginger and garlic, and chop the green onion into chopped green onion.

Ginseng, Astragalus and Green Beans

Ingredients: 500g green beans

Excipients: 12g Pseudostellariae Radix, 12g Astragalus

Seasoning: 2g MSG, 2g salt, 40g vegetable oil

Method: 1. Wash the green beans;

2. Wash the ashes from Pseudostellariae Radix and Astragalus, dry and grind into powder;

3. Place a clean pot on the fire, pour in oil, heat until 60% hot, add green beans and stir-fry until they change color;

4. Add fresh soup and Chinese medicine powder, change to medium-low heat, cover with lid, and simmer until the green beans are cooked, then add MSG and salt to taste.

Green Bean Salad

Ingredients: Green beans, tomatoes, smoked salmon, asparagus

Production:

1. Discard the smoked salmon and asparagus. Cook the rice and prepare the vinaigrette as in the main recipe.

2. Add 125g of fresh shelled green beans to a small pot of salted boiling water and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the beans are soft. Drain the beans and rinse them in cold water, drain. You can use the same amount of frozen green beans instead and cook them according to the instructions on the package.

3. Prepare 2 whole smoked trout (each weighing about 250 grams), peel off the fish skin with a knife, cut into fish fillets, discard the fish bones, and use a fork to break the smoked fish into pieces.

4. Wash 375 grams of cherry tomatoes, pat dry with paper towels, cut off the tomato stems, and cut the tomatoes in half for decoration.

5. Assemble the salad as in the main recipe, taste it, place it in a bowl and garnish with tomatoes.
