Bamboo fungus and shark fin

Main ingredients: 100g of soaked shark fin needles. Ingredients: 10 leeks , 10 bamboo fungus , 100g broccoli , 5g ham shreds . Seasoning: 25g ginger juice , 4g refined salt, 2g MSG , 6g chicken powder , 10g cooking wine , 150g second soup, 250g upper soup , 0.3g pepper, 25g stabilized cornstarch .
